Crayke School Children ‘Run a Mile’

Crayke Church of England Primary School has recently launched a twice weekly before school ‘Run a Mile Club’. The aim of the club is to improve the physical, social, emotional and wellbeing of their pupils – regardless of age or ability. This is a social activity, wherein the children run or jog (at their own pace) in the fresh air with their friends. Children can occasionally walk to catch their breath, if necessary, however the aim is for them to run or jog for the full 15 minutes.
