Memorial Golf Day Celebrates Sixth Year Supporting York Intensive Care Unit
A memorial golf day hosted by local residents Andy and Peter Charlton, Gary and Tony Raper has celebrated its sixth year by raising an incredible £7,043 for York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity to support the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at York Hospital.
Held in memory of Andy’s late brother Steve, the NC72 Golf Day has now raised a remarkable £22,624 since it began six years ago, with golfers, local businesses, friends and family coming together each year to support the unit.
