EASTER ART EXHIBITION
in SHERIFF HUTTON ...

What a turnout! The place to be was the Sheriff Hutton Art Group’s annual exhibition of original artwork where over 250 visitors, undaunted by the weather forecast, enjoyed a wonderful spectacle of the members’ creative talents.

Amidst a flurry of activity on the Saturday afternoon, the members started preparing the picture stands for hanging over 120 paintings; a card stand brimming with exciting sales; a large stunning display of Tombola prizes and the ever popular pop-up cafe.

The Art Group’s Exhibition now in its 51st year remains the village’s popular 2-day Easter event.

Much admired was the wonderful quality of work which the many members entered.

An exciting range of styles and mediums on display offered a rich visual palette for both visitors and exhibitors to enjoy.

The exhibition offers something to everyone and Sheriff Hutton Primary school’s display of each Year’s work was proudly viewed.

Children were seen hurrying parents and siblings to see their artwork.
