1st Gold Award for Easingwold Rainbows ...

The 1st Easingwold Rainbows recently celebrated an amazing achievement and were delighted to present Lily Lucas with her Gold award. This is the first time that the gold award has been presented within the unit since the programme was created in 2019.

The gold award is the highest level of recognition a Rainbow can achieve. It is the result of a lot of hard work both at weekly meetings and at home.

Lily has had to earn a number of badges across six themes, including areas such as “Know myself”, “Have adventures”, and “Skills for my future”.

To celebrate, the Easingwold Rainbows troop had cake and Lily received another badge to add to her collection. She was also given a gold framed certificate, some Rainbow themed sweets, and a gift to remember the Rainbows by as she moves on to Brownies after Easter.
