Earlier this week, local Sir Alec ShelbrookeMP had the pleasure of visiting Chris and Abbie at Cooper King Distillery just outside Sutton-on-the-Forest.

As well as being a fantastic local enterprise creating some really great English whiskies and gins, they’re pioneers. Using innovative spirit production methods here in North Yorkshire, they’re leading the industry with a carbon-negative gin!
