First Snow of the Winter...

The snow arrived last Thursday 30th November only a smattering in Easingwold but quite a bit more in the hills and quite alot at Sutton Bank.

On my first paper round on Thursday (we do Thirsk) myself and Jet the Dog saw a few inches of snow at Sutton Bank and then throughout the morning there was flurries of snow nearer to Easingwold.

Easingwold's very own Parkrun was cancelled on Friday evening due to the freezing temperatures and the Junior Parkrun on Sunday was also cancelled. This cold weather certainly is not very good for outdoor sports.
