Easingwold WI December...

Much appreciation to all the stalwart members that turned out for our December meeting on such a miserable evening.

Having gone through the newsletter Jenny reminded everyone of the upcoming lunch, dinner and theatre visit.

We were thanked for our contributions for the Christmas stall, and for helping out manning the stall.

It was a very worthwhile effort. Everyone was thanked for the many items collected for the Foodbank at last months meeting.

There is an opportunity to have a test for osteoporosis, to be provided through the Federation.

Several members showed an interest in attending the Spring Council Meeting in Scarborough in March.

We hope to start our New Year walking with, weather permitting, a local walk on the second Monday in January, with lunch at BATA.

Juliet had guided us through a wreath making class at the cricket club.

There was some super wreaths, each one different. The delicious food was a bonus. Our next Garden Club meeting is scheduled for March.
