Easingwold in Lights 2023...

The judging of the 2023 Easingwold Town residential Christmas lights competition took place early evening of 12th December.

Two anonymous judges had the honour of driving up and down the town looking at every house with Christmas lights (trying not to look too suspicious!) and coming to a joint decision as to which houses this year should take the prestigious awards.

The judges were looking for a clear theme, thoughtful design, use of complementary colours and perhaps an element of something different.

After a little over two hours, the judges had their winner and decided upon two other houses for the remaining awards.
