The Boot Shop leads a Carol Service ...

Shortly before Christmas many attended the Carol Service of the season in the Parish Church.

The Boot Shop, folk enabled by their hard-working leaders headed up by Brian Timmins, told the Christmas story through readings, drama, and carols.

The church was full; Christmas jumpers were very much in evidence; and the tree was lit by very many sparkling lights.

When the Christmas story came to its end, we heard a reading of “My Twelve Days of Christmas” by Nancy Kilburn.
