Park Run at Millfields Keeps Growing...

Every week new visitors and runners come to Millfield Park at 9am to have a go at running the 5K course.

This week people came from Guildford, Norwich and Northumberland.

Others arrived from North Yorkshire because high winds closed the Fountains Abbey course. People walk or job or run or mix it up.

Parents run with buggies and children or escape and fly round. All ages, abilities, experienced or not can have a go.

Instructions are given at the start of the Run each week about where to run, what to do, how to process your bar code and marshalls cheer you round the three laps. It’s fun and a great way to keep strong and healthy and it is FREE........
