Parkrun report for Saturday 3rd Feb...

Millfield parkrun welcomed February last Saturday by joining in with other parkruns nationally and raising funds for Macmillan Cancer care.

Participants and volunteers were invited to wear green and make a contribution and as usual our parkrun community didn't let us down with lots of green on show.

Our parkrun cafe also joined in by donating 10% of the parkrun takings to Macmillan.

There were 203 finishers with 7 people doing their first ever parkrun and 23 making their first visit to Millfield.

Personal best times were set by 20 people in the mild but breezy conditions.
