EDCCA Tea and Tarts Tuesday 17th January...

With so many events that we organize the weeks seem to fly by. The time had come around for our January Tea and Tarts gathering.

We had booked the services of the talented singer Rochelle Ayers who had come to sing us through the decades and in particular through musical theatre tunes. We had many toe tapping renditions and even some brave souls took to the dance floor to show their enjoyment and enthusiasm for the singing. Rochelle entertained us for over an hour with the theatrical tunes and her own blend of charisma.

Our volunteers had laid on a delicious spread of tasty, homemade cakes, biscuits and scones, all of these tastefully displayed on china cake stands. The tea and coffee pots were on standby, and appreciation to the Galtres staff and volunteers as they had to run down to Kurts Bar to get water to fill up........
