Easingwold Bowling Club - John Doyle Trophy

On Sunday 5th July the John Doyle Trophy competition was held at the Club’s Paradise Fields bowling green.

This fixture, a singles competition, is played in memory of a former member and has been played annually since 1986.

This year 14 members entered the competition, each playing three matches of 30 minutes, beginning and ending on the whistle.

The mainly fine weather was interrupted by rain at the later stages but the play continued throughout.
