Junior Champions Shine Again at Knaresborough Bed Race

A determined team of Year 11 boys from Outwood Academy Easingwold have once again proven they are a force to be reckoned with, successfully defending their title at the 60th annual Great Knaresborough Bed Race on Saturday, 13 June.

Competing against strong local opposition, the team retained their status as Junior Bed Race Champions, delivering an outstanding performance across the gruelling 2.4-mile course, which includes the iconic swim across the River Nidd, in an impressive time of 15 minutes and 58 seconds.
