EASINGWOLD AND DISTRICT FLOWER CLUB...

A very successful practice meeting was held on 29th February at the Flower Club in the Galtres Centre.

Almost 100% of the ladies present created their own interpretation of "Spring is Springing".

Daffodils and Tulips were the main flowers in evidence but Katharine Adams incorporated pink blossom and Maureen Green's included grape hyacinths whilst Margaret Summerscales used a mixture of daffodils, helebores and heather.

Gill Pace balanced green chrysanthemum blooms with cream hyacinths and yellow ranunculus.

There was a very relaxed atmosphere and we all enjoyed a drink of tea or coffee and a biscuit afterwards.
